Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t have insurance, can I still receive treatment?
Yes, we see self-pay patients on a regular basis. Please contact us to discuss our current fee schedule or to book an appointment.
Do I have to be referred through my GP?
No, you can self-refer to our clinics but we do ask you to provide details of your GP, so that we can keep them up to date with copies of your clinic correspondence. Please contact us if you would like to discuss this or book an appointment.
Is your clinic accessible?
Yes, disabled ramp access to the building is easily arranged and there is lift access to our clinic on the second floor. If you have any special requirements, just let us know when you book your appointment.
Is there parking nearby?
There is usually plenty of on-street parking available just outside the clinic on Robertson Street although please note that we are in the city centre LEZ, or Low Emissions Zone. There is also a multi storey car park nearby on Oswald Street (one block East of Robertson Street) and the clinic is also just a short walk from Central Station.
